Lisbon is known for its beautiful, sunny weather, but occasional rain showers can happen. If it’s just light rain, we provide rain ponchos so you can comfortably continue your tour. Segways are perfectly safe to ride in light rain, and Lisbon’s medieval streets look even more magical when they glisten under the raindrops. However, in cases of heavy rain or severe weather conditions, we offer rescheduling or alternative options. Your safety and experience are our top priorities, so we’ll always ensure you have the best adventure possible, rain or shine.

Yes! We know that carrying bags during a segway ride can be inconvenient, so we offer secure storage facilities at our meeting point. You can safely leave small bags, backpacks, or other items behind so you can enjoy the tour hands-free. We recommend bringing only essentials, such as your phone, camera, sunglasses, and a small bottle of water. Our Segway Tours are designed to be accessible, fun, and easy for most people to enjoy. The Segway’s intuitive controls make it simple to learn, and our expert guides ensure that everyone is comfortable and confident before we start. However, due to Lisbon's cobblestone terrain and steep streets, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with serious mobility concerns.

Yes, for safety reasons, all participants must weigh between 100 lbs (45 kg) and 260 lbs (118 kg). The minimum age to join the tour is 12 years old.
